We are a lighting company based in Dubai, currently looking to hire a
Female Secretary cum Showroom Coordinator
to support our administrative operations and manage our lighting showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients visiting the showroom
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, and document organization
Prepare and send quotations and invoices to clients
Manage phone calls, coordinate meetings, and follow up with clients
Assign and track internal tasks when required
Support the admin and accounts team as needed
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Highly organized, with good attention to detail
Able to work under pressure and multitask
Positive attitude and a team player
Tagalog speaker preferred
Must be currently in Dubai and ready to join immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
