Admin cum Sales coordinator to support our administrative operations and sales activities. This role combines administrative management with active participation in sales processes to enhance overall business efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely communication with stakeholders.
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding stock availability, pricing, and deliveries.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and lead generation.
Assist the sales team in following up with leads and maintaining the sales pipeline.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Negotiate terms, prices, and agreements to help close sales deals.
Maintain a customer database by updating client contact information regularly.
Support sales-related documentation, quotations, and client follow-up activities.
Coordinate with suppliers and external vendors as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Management, Administration or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in administrative support and/or sales roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to solving problems.

Females with dependent/spouse/father/freelance visa will considered immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
