Looking for a UAE experienced FEMALE project cum sales coordinator on husband or parent visa with the engineering/Accounts back ground to work in our FIRE AND LPG CONTRACTING COMPANY.The candidate must able to handle independently all the tasks assigned from the management. .Salay maximum can offer 2000/Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administrative Multiple task(HR FINANCE and PJT CORDINATION AND DOCUMENTATION)
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers (email, phone, in-person).
Maintain records and filing systems.
Support management in coordinating schedules and tasks.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office Must (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Previous experience in office administration or customer service is an advantage.
Must be based in Dubai and ready to join immediately.
