Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email.
Promote and sell company products/services to achieve sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and follow up on payments.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Maintain sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to management.
Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and showroom displays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion ability.
Confident and presentable personality.
Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or POS software.
Multilingual ability (English + Arabic or other languages) is an advantage.
