Refine Home is looking to hire Female sales executives for its furniture business in Sharjah, offering a wide range of modern and classic furniture pieces. We take pride in delivering quality, comfort, and style to our customers.

We're now looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and sales-driven female sales personnel to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and recommendations.

- Understand customer needs and help them find the perfect furniture solutions.- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

- Maintain strong knowledge of product features, specifications, and pricing.

- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.

- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups effectively.

Requirements:

- Female candidates only (as per showroom staffing requirements).

- 1 position: Arabic and English speaker (bilingual).

- 1 position: English fluency required (Arabic a plus).

- Previous experience in furniture, retail, or showroom sales is an advantage.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

- Professional appearance and customer-oriented personality.
