Looking for experienced Female Sales coordinator with degree in Chemistry
Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
Reporting to management about daily weekly and monthly dispatch statement & dispatch plan (basic spreadsheet knowledge) store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
Addressing the queries of the customers and providing them with the required information.
Coordinating with internal departments and collecting information related to the order and closing on time.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material and samples.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems; gather basic customer information to update the sales force.
Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
