You will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating sales activities, preparing technical documents and proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations, including order processing, tracking, and client communication.
Provide technical support to customers by understanding and explaining product specifications, applications, and performance benefits.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
Liaise with production, logistics, and quality control departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer records, sales reports, and databases (CRM), Business Central Point.
Assist in preparing presentations and attending trade shows, exhibitions, or client meetings when needed.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Support after-sales service, including handling technical inquiries and complaint resolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Chemical Engineering
(required).
3 years of experience in sales coordination or technical sales (preferably in the chemical or Lubricant manufacturing industry).
Strong understanding of chemical processes, materials, and product applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
