Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and online research.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
Follow up with prospects post-meeting to ensure continued engagement and progress.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals, quotations, and follow-ups are handled efficiently.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and client information.
Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation and meeting schedules.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and basic networking concepts is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
