Job Description

1. Customer Service & Front Desk Management:

Greet all customers warmly and professionally as they enter the shop, creating a welcoming and luxurious first impression. Answer incoming calls promptly with a clear, friendly voice and a standard greeting (e.g., "Good morning, [Shop Name], how may I brighten your day?"). Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media messages regarding products, prices, delivery, and services. Provide knowledgeable and enthusiastic information about the shop's floral arrangements, chocolate collections, and special offers.

2. Sales & Order Processing:

Assist customers in selecting products and upselling where appropriate (e.g., suggesting matching chocolates for a bouquet). Process customer orders accurately, both in-person and over the phone, using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions securely and efficiently. Manage and update the order book for custom arrangements, weddings, and corporate events, ensuring all details are precise.

3. Administrative & Operational Support:

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and display area. Coordinate with the florists and chocolatiers in the back to communicate order details and timelines. Assist in managing inventory levels for front-office supplies (e.g., gift cards, packaging, stationery). Help with basic stock rotation for pre-packaged chocolate items and non-perishable goods at the front.

4. Brand Ambassadorship:

Represent the shop's brand of luxury, quality, and elegance in all interactions. Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times. Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy, patience, and a focus on resolution, escalating to a manager when necessary. Uphold the highest standards of discretion, especially when handling orders for sensitive occasions.
