Job Title: Client Success Specialist (After-Sales International Hub)

Join our elite After-Sales International Hub in Abu Dhabi as a Client Success Specialist, where you'll provide a seamless, 5-star experience to high-profile international clients. We're looking for professionals with a polished presence, a passion for hospitality, and exceptional communication skills. In this role, you'll cater to clients from Saudi Arabia, Russia, the Middle East, and the Philippines, ensuring top-tier service at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for international clients post-sale, ensuring their experience remains smooth and premium. Maintain ongoing communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email--especially those with international phone numbers listed in CRM. Provide regular updates on off-plan projects, handover timelines, and next steps. Coordinate VIP welcome packages and deliver personalized experiences for high-profile clients. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, after-sales, property management, marketing) to ensure alignment and client satisfaction. Uphold a 5-star service culture, anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations. Document client interactions and feedback in CRM for follow-up and tracking.

Ideal Candidate:

Female candidates with a strong background in hospitality or luxury client-facing roles. Experience working with international or high-net-worth clients. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or Philippines language is a plus. Polished appearance with a professional demeanor and emotional intelligence. Highly proactive, client-focused, and detail-oriented. Able to manage multiple clients while maintaining top-quality service.
