Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for clients through email, phone, and chat.
Handle and prioritize support tickets to ensure quick and complete solutions.
Conduct online training and demos to help clients use our tech products confidently.
Work closely with our technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Keep detailed and accurate client records in our CRM and ticketing systems.
Spot opportunities to improve client satisfaction and make our processes smoother.
Support new clients during onboarding to create a smooth and welcoming start.
Stay updated on the latest features and updates of our technology products.
Qualifications:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in a client-facing role within a tech-focused company.
Excellent written and spoken
communication skills
able to explain technical ideas clearly.
Strong
problem-solving
and troubleshooting abilities.
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of
software applications, CRMs, and ticketing tools.
Great at managing multiple tasks and adapting to change in a fast-paced setting.
Experience in
client onboarding
and
training sessions.
Friendly, patient, and dedicated to providing the best customer experience.
Certification in customer service or technical support is a plus.
