Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and documentation
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Prepare and process employee letters and memos
Support recruitment activities (CV screening, interview scheduling, etc.)
Handle leave records, attendance, and related reports
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees
Assist with HR-related communication and correspondence
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
