This role is responsible for elevating the guest experience by providing personalized service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and acting as the primary ambassador of the cafe's luxury brand. It requires exceptional communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and a refined presence to handle guest needs, resolve concerns, and create memorable interactions throughout the visit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a warm, polished greeting, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
Engage with guests throughout their visit, offering assistance, recommendations, and personalized attention.
Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally, providing solutions or escalating issues to management.
Monitor guest satisfaction levels, ensuring all visitors receive a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Coordinate with service, barista, and kitchen teams to ensure guest requests are delivered accurately and promptly.
Manage VIP guests and special occasions, ensuring elevated service standards and personal follow-up.
Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, cafe offerings, promotions, and brand standards.
Support service flow during peak hours by assisting with seating, communication, and guest management.
Record guest preferences and feedback to support continuous improvement and personalized service.
Maintain impeccable grooming and professional etiquette, aligning with luxury cafe service expectations.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or fine dining service.
High-level communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities, with a calm and elegant demeanor.
Professional appearance and grooming, suitable for a luxury environment.
Familiarity with POS systems, reservation platforms, and basic computer applications.
