Position Summary

We seek a personable and service-driven Guest Relations Officer dedicated to providing exceptional, individualized guest experiences from arrival through departure. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a sincere passion for exceeding guest expectations. As a key member of the Front Office team, this role is instrumental in advancing guest satisfaction, managing VIP services, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Extend a warm and professional welcome to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer knowledgeable guidance about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, consistently ensuring guests feel recognized and supported. Oversee all aspects of VIP guest arrivals and departures, ensuring personalized preferences and room arrangements meet the highest standards. Organize and deliver special guest requests, including celebrations, customized amenities, and room preparations with exceptional attention to detail. Promote and actively upsell hotel facilities, dining venues, and special offers to enhance guest experience and contribute to revenue objectives. Uphold immaculate cleanliness and an inviting presentation across all guest-facing areas, aligned with the hotel's brand standards. Coordinate seamlessly with Housekeeping, Concierge, Food & Beverage, and other departments to deliver outstanding, integrated service. Collect guest feedback during and after stays, communicate insights to management, and assist in follow-up actions to support continued service excellence. Consistently maintain a polished, professional appearance and support a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality role strongly preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Warm, approachable demeanor with the ability to remain composed under pressure. Superior organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and a steadfast commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
