to connect with property owners and build our portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and homeowners looking to sell their properties Achieve a monthly target of securing 10 exclusive property listings Generate new business opportunities through professional phone communication Use Zoho CRM to meticulously track all client interactions and follow-ups Handle questions and concerns with confidence while building trust with potential clients Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships

What You Bring (Qualifications):

Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service with outbound calling, real estate telesales, or similar role is REQUIRED Resilience: Ability to handle different customer responses and stay motivated Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus Tech Savvy: Experience with a CRM (like Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is preferred Drive: Strong desire to earn based on your performance
