We are seeking for a candidate into Call Center. (1 Position : Female Arabic & English Speaker )
Position : Female Arabic and English speaking - Customer Happiness Specialist (Call Centre & CSR)
Location - Dubai (Al Qusais)
Languages Known : (1 Position : Arabic & English Speaker )
Gender : Female
Driving Industry Experience will be preferred.
Develop and maintain relationship with existing and potential customers via telephone calls, emails and customers visiting the centre.
Resolve any service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
Keep abreast of RTA rules & regulations and all EDS procedure to ensure smooth sales transactions and business sign up.
Provide excellent customer service and present full product knowledge to the potential clients.
Must be currently in UAE.
