Job Description

We are seeking for a candidate into Call Center. (1 Position : Arabic & English Speaker ) (2nd Position : Urdu and English speaker)

Position : Customer Happiness Specialist (Call Centre & CSR)

Location - Dubai (Al Qusais)

Salary - AED 3,000 per month + Overtime.

Languages Known : (1 Position : Arabic & English Speaker ) (2nd Position : Urdu and English speaker)

Gender : Male (Due to process Requirement)

Driving Industry Experience will be preferred.

Develop and maintain relationship with existing and potential customers via telephone calls, emails and customers visiting the centre.
Resolve any service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
Keep abreast of RTA rules & regulations and all EDS procedure to ensure smooth sales transactions and business sign up.
Provide excellent customer service and present full product knowledge to the potential clients.
Must be currently in UAE.
