We are hiring for our Call Center team!

Customer Happiness Specialist (Call Centre & CSR)

Location:

Dubai - Al Qusais

Salary:

AED 3,000 per month + Overtime

Gender:

Male (as per process requirement)

Experience:

Candidates with Driving Industry experience will be preferred

Eligibility:

Must be currently residing in the UAE

Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through calls, emails, and in-centre interactions. Resolve customer concerns by accurately understanding and addressing their complaints. Stay updated on RTA rules, regulations, and all EDS procedures to ensure smooth transactions and business sign-ups. Deliver excellent customer service and provide complete product information to potential clients.
