Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through calls, emails, and in-centre interactions.
Resolve customer concerns by accurately understanding and addressing their complaints.
Stay updated on RTA rules, regulations, and all EDS procedures to ensure smooth transactions and business sign-ups.
Deliver excellent customer service and provide complete product information to potential clients.
