Female Client Relations & Operations Executive (Retail Tailoring - Dubai)

AED 2,200 basic salary + 2% commission on sales from your own leads

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist daily clients in-store; maintain a premium service experience Prepare bills, quotations/estimates, and invoices; keep records accurate Coordinate orders with tailors/production; track timelines and quality Follow up with clients via WhatsApp/phone/email until delivery & feedback Attend client meetings when needed to capture requirements clearly Update sheets/CRM; prepare simple daily/weekly reports
Requirements

Must be on Father Visa OR any valid UAE visa with NOC

Very good English (spoken & written); Arabic is an advantage Confident, well-presented, organized, and customer-focused Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic office tools UAE Driving License is a plus If licensed, company provides

car + fuel + parking + Salik

for meetings/site visits Experience in retail/tailoring/uniforms/customer service is a plus
