Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is hiring a meticulous and experienced Securities Operations Executive to manage end-to-end securities processing and corporate action execution across regional markets. The role involves handling trading operations, reconciliations, financial postings, and customer servicing for securities listed on DFM, ADX, NASDAQ, and GCC markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, technical, and operational expertise within brokerage or financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute corporate actions for securities traded on DFM, ADX, NASDAQ, and other GCC exchanges.
• Manage NIN-related activities and process stock transfers to and from markets.
• Post financial transactions in core systems including settlements, fund transfers, and adjustments.
• Prepare and deliver daily trade confirmations to clients in line with compliance requirements.
• Handle and resolve customer queries promptly with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Reconcile customer and firm portfolios against market data for all GCC markets, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of exceptions.
• Monitor Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios and alert Treasury and Capital Markets (TCM) teams on margin calls or shortfalls.
• Identify, track, and report security exceptions as per regulatory and market standards.
• Report Head Office (HO) trades executed through Mashreq Securities to CAD for proper booking in HO records.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in securities operations, brokerage, or investment banking.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of corporate actions, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.
