Position Overview
Apparel Group Dubai is looking for an Ecommerce Content Operations Executive to manage the complete lifecycle of online product and brand content - from creation and upload to optimization and performance analysis. This role ensures that all eCommerce listings, imagery, descriptions, and digital assets are accurate, brand-aligned, SEO-optimized, and delivered on time to support marketing campaigns and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full content lifecycle for product listings, banners, descriptions, and promotional assets across eCommerce platforms
  • Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, design, logistics, and product teams to align content schedules with campaign timelines and inventory availability
  • Oversee content quality control - ensuring all listings are accurate, well-presented, SEO-optimized, and compliant with brand style guides
  • Operate content systems such as PIM, CMS, and DAM, handling imports, exports, metadata management, and workflow monitoring
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators like time-to-go-live, product readiness, and conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities
  • Support process automation and system improvements to enhance speed, scalability, and accuracy in content operations
  • Collaborate with external agencies or vendors for content creation, ensuring adherence to quality and cost standards
  • Promote continuous improvement and accountability within the content operations team
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce content operations, preferably within retail or consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of CMS, PIM, and DAM systems
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficient in SEO, content QA, and data accuracy standards
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and process improvement
  • Familiarity with digital workflows, automation tools, and eCommerce best practices
