seeking a results-driven
Business Development Executive/Manager
to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, a proven track record in sales within the
interior design, fit-out, or construction
sectors, and excellent client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and project deliverables.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to promote the company's services.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of UAE experience
in business development within the interior design or fit-out industry.
Strong network of contacts across key sectors (commercial, hospitality, residential, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
UAE driving license is a must.
