Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within targeted markets (corporate, retail, hospitality, residential).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and other industry partners.
Present company services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and networking events.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and tender packages.
Track and follow up on leads, ensuring timely communication and conversion into projects.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Support marketing efforts by contributing to promotional strategies, social media content, and event participation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Maintain an organized database of clients, opportunities, and project pipelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Female candidate with a professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within interior design, fit-out, construction, or related fields.
Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
