Operational Support: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service delivery, adherence to brand standards, and optimal guest experience.

Guest Relations: Greet and interact with guests, ensuring satisfaction and handling any complaints or requests promptly and professionally. Team Supervision: Supervise and motivate the outlet team, assign duties, provide training, and ensure staff performance aligns with company standards. Inventory Control: Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring usage to minimize waste and maintain cost control. Financial Oversight: Support in achieving outlet financial targets by monitoring expenses, upselling, and contributing to revenue generation strategies. Compliance: Ensure health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly followed within the outlet. Collaboration: Work closely with the Outlet Manager and other departments to coordinate service, events, and special promotions. Reporting: Provide feedback and reports to the Outlet Manager on sales performance, staff issues, and guest feedback. Problem-Solving: Resolve operational issues efficiently and take initiative to improve guest service and outlet performance.


Qualifications

Sustainability:

Commit to and maintain sustainable practices by enhancing resource efficiency, minimizing waste, and promoting eco-friendly, social, and ethical initiatives. Align with the hotel's broader ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) objectives to drive positive impact across all pillars of sustainability.

Compliance and Standards:

Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements, international standards, health and safety regulations, company policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices. Continuously review and update operational processes to ensure alignment with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.

Food Safety & Hygiene:

Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations by overseeing proper purchasing, storage, handling, maintenance, communication, and preparation practices across all departments.

Skills:

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of food and beverage trends and service techniques. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
