Job Type: Full Time Job Overview As Assistant Outlet Manager at Kayto, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading service teams, and ensuring operational excellence in alignment with the Jumeirah brand. You will act as second-in-command of the outlet, guiding staff, managing inventory and compliance, and stepping up in the absence of the Outlet Manager. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily service operations, ensuring consistency with Jumeirah F and B standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits and personalized service
• Support procurement, inventory management, and compliance with financial procedures
• Monitor revenue, labor costs, and other key financial metrics to drive profitability
• Handle staff rostering, performance evaluations, and training to enhance service quality
• Represent the outlet manager when required, addressing escalations and ensuring smooth service continuity

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a luxury 5-star hotel or premium standalone restaurant
• Strong understanding of Japanese and Peruvian Nikkei cuisine is preferred
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian or European languages is an advantage
• Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
