As Assistant Outlet Manager at Kayto, you will help lead day-to-day restaurant operations while ensuring an exceptional standard of service, brand consistency, and team productivity. You will also support the Outlet Manager with financial planning, guest satisfaction, and team training-all while delivering a world-class dining experience. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring SOP compliance and five-star service delivery
• Manage guest relations and maintain detailed guest profiles for personalized service
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to optimize profitability
• Supervise staff scheduling, grooming standards, and team morale
• Handle operational duties in the Outlet Manager's absence, including guest issue resolution
• Drive brand knowledge, hygiene, and service training across the outlet team
• Coordinate inventory, procurement, and compliance with Jumeirah standards
• Support marketing and sales initiatives to enhance outlet visibility

Governance & Standards

• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service excellence in line with brand policies
• Monitor grooming, service etiquette, and food safety compliance
• Support audits and training programs as part of Jumeirah's quality assurance

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury F and B setting
• Exposure to Japanese and/or Peruvian Nikkei cuisine preferred
• Fluent English; additional languages (Russian or European) are a strong advantage
• Proven track record in financial performance and team leadership
• Strong communication, inventory handling, and guest engagement skills
• Multicultural team experience and commitment to excellence in service
