The ideal candidate will have deep F and B knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional Mediterranean dining experiences in a 5-star setting. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with Jumeirah\'s service standards
• Maintain high levels of guest interaction and satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized service
• Manage team rosters, grooming, inventory, and cash handling in alignment with internal policies
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to improve financial performance
• Take charge during Outlet Manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations and effective decision-making
• Lead staff training, performance management, and continuous development aligned with brand standards and hygiene regulations

Job Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Strong F and B background, preferably in Mediterranean or Italian cuisine
• Proficient in English; additional European languages such as Russian are a plus
• Experience in working with diverse, multicultural teams
• Solid understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and cost optimization
