Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Female Arab Leasing Executive

to join our dynamic real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling leasing activities, maintaining tenant relations, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring high occupancy rates across our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all leasing inquiries and conduct property viewings with potential clients. Prepare, review, and negotiate lease agreements and renewal contracts. Maintain an updated database of available properties and client requirements. Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and property management teams for smooth operations. Monitor market trends and rental rates to ensure competitiveness. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal standards. Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets set by management. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate leasing or property management.

Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and leasing regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office and real estate CRM systems. Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.

Certifications (Preferred):

RERA Certification (for UAE market) Real Estate Sales/Leasing Training Certificates
