We are seeking a

dynamic and motivated Female Tele Sales Executive

to join our fast-growing real estate team in Dubai. If you have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed -- we want to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in telesales, preferably in

real estate

Strong knowledge

of the Dubai real estate market (off-plan and secondary) Excellent communication skills in

English and Arabic

(both are mandatory) Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven Ability to handle clients and fix meetings over the phone Capable of working under pressure and meeting sales targets

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients Promote off-plan and ready property projects to interested buyers Schedule meetings and property viewings for the sales team Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads regularly Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
