Receptionist
to join our team and be the first point of contact for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare refreshments for guests when required.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier and mail services.
Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as needed.
Assist with office coordination tasks, including ordering supplies and managing deliveries.
Ensure smooth communication flow within the office.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a administrative support role, preferably in a PR, media, or corporate environment.
Excellent communication skills in
both English and Arabic
(written and verbal).
Based in
Dubai
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
