Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Philippine Female Admin. Officer

responsible for administrative tasks, and contribute to making the company a better place to work.



Local Experience: 2-4 years.



Qualification: Bachelor's degree.



The job description as below:



Accurately enter, track, and maintain records of departmental invoices.

Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely submission and processing of invoices.

Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all invoice-related documents.

Act as the primary document controller for the department.

Ensure all documents are correctly labeled, filed, updated, and archived in accordance with company standards.

Monitor document workflows and ensure timely approvals and distributions.

Assist the PRO with preparing and submitting visa applications and renewal paperwork.

Coordinate the collection and submission of required documentation from employees.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
