Provide administrative and documentation support to office and operations, including coordination of contracts, correspondence, and internal follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks and official correspondence
Prepare and manage documents, letters, and records
Assist with contract preparation, tracking, and renewals
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams
Follow up on approvals, actions, and pending items
Requirements:
2-4 years admin experience
Strong organization and communication skills
MS Office proficiency
English required; Arabic an advantage
