The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with
restaurants, catering companies, corporate clients, or foodservice businesses
, and will be confident in generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular market visits to restaurants, catering companies, and corporate clients
Promote Kulcha King's products and services through effective sales presentations
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and value propositions
Generate new business leads and follow up on warm and cold prospects
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to maximize conversions
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of B2B sales experience
(F&B / HORECA preferred)
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Valid
UAE driving license
Comfortable with field sales and client visits
Preferred Attributes
Experience in the
restaurant, catering, or foodservice industry
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident communicator
Knowledge of corporate organizations and B2B sales processes
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
