Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the F&B division
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the brand
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
Proven experience in F&B sales, hospitality, or catering industry (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
