Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced
Business Development Executive
to support the growth of our Food & Beverage (F&B) operations. The ideal candidate will have strong market insight, sales expertise, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. This role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, expanding the customer base, and driving revenue across all F&B outlets and service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the F&B sector, including corporate clients, catering contracts, and retail distribution.
Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Create and present tailored proposals and sales pitches aligned with client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure successful service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and client communications using CRM systems.
Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings to expand network and visibility.
Monitor and report on business development performance and KPIs to management.
Stay updated with F&B industry innovations and competitor activities.
Key Expertise & Skills:
Proven track record in
business development or sales within the F&B or hospitality industry

Strong understanding of
F&B products, service models, pricing, and customer behavior

Ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
Strong presentation skills and proposal writing capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in business development or sales, preferably in the F&B industry.
Preferred:
Experience in B2B F&B sales, catering sales, or multi-outlet restaurant business.
Established network in the local F&B, hospitality, or corporate sector.
