We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Food & Beverage (F&B) Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities for F&B services (banquets, catering, restaurant, events, etc.)
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, tour operators, and other potential partners.
Promote F&B offerings through sales calls, presentations, site inspections, and tastings.
Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to develop customized proposals and packages for clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and revenue goals.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
