Job Summary:
The Head of F&B Operations will be responsible for overseeing the overall operational excellence, profitability, and strategic direction of all F&B outlets within the company. This role requires a seasoned leader with strong business acumen, proven operational expertise, and the ability to drive high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to all F&B outlets.
Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive revenue growth across outlets.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Lead, mentor, and develop outlet managers and teams to achieve business goals and maintain high employee engagement.
Collaborates
Review and analyze sales, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
Ensure smooth execution of new store openings, renovations, or rebranding initiatives.
