Job Description

As our F&B Operations Manager, you will oversee all food & beverage outlets within the waterpark -- from quick-service counters to themed dining areas. You'll be responsible for leading a team that delivers exceptional guest experiences, ensures food quality and hygiene excellence, and achieves operational and financial targets.

You will collaborate closely with our Culinary, Operations, and Finance teams to enhance menus, optimize service flow, and create memorable dining moments that complement the fun, family-friendly atmosphere of Ajman Waterpark.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead daily operations of all F&B outlets (kiosks, cafes, catering, and events).
? Maintain exceptional food safety and hygiene in compliance with UAE Municipality standards.
? Oversee menu planning, costing, and product innovation with the Head Chef.
? Train, motivate, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
? Ensure high guest satisfaction through efficient service and consistent product quality.
? Manage budgets, cost control, purchasing, and inventory in coordination with Finance.
? Support event catering and seasonal promotions to boost guest engagement and revenue.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in F&B management within hospitality, leisure, resort, or waterpark industries. Proven track record in leading high-volume operations and diverse teams. Strong understanding of UAE Food Safety and Municipality regulations. Excellent leadership, financial acumen, and customer service skills.
