POSITION SUMMARY
Promotes the awareness of hotel F&B outlets among the local communities, under the direction of key operational stakeholders, through the implementation of a yearly F&B Marketing Plan
Aides in the activation of outlet advertising and social media plan in coordination with the key operational stakeholders and within the established guidelines
Supports the timely implementation of F&B promotions, using approved tactics that address the distribution of offers, packages, and programs to promote increased foot fall in outlets and improve F&B average check
Contributes to seamless communication between F&B operations and other key operational departments to ensure that all brand guidelines are observed.
Contributes to the creation of an internal working document of current F&B promotions and a comp set summary of restaurants and lounges in direct competition with the hotel’s outlet and lounges to be reviewed by heads of Food & Beverage and Marketing teams
Assists in the audit of F&B information and content on the hotel website and highlights potential inaccuracies to concerned stakeholders for review and action, if required
