Position Title: F&B Dispatch Lead

-Lead and supervise the Dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
-Oversee daily dispatch operations, including inventory control and proper storage in the chiller/ freezer.
-Ensure correct labelling, product rotation (FIFO), and HACCP documentation.
-Coordinate with the production team and sales for order processing and fulfilment.
