Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination and timely service.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per company and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor inventory, assist in ordering, and minimize wastage.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and proactively.
Key Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Japanese and Asian cuisine
is a must.
Minimum
3 years of supervisory experience
in a fine-dining restaurant or 5-star hotel.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
Skilled in
staff coaching, mentoring, and performance management
.
High level of
computer literacy
, especially in MS Excel, Word, and POS systems.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
A customer-first mindset and a passion for hospitality.
