to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling F&B costs, inventory, and stock movement to support profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control food and beverage costs
Analyze cost reports and investigate variances
Manage inventory control and stock reconciliation
Review purchase orders, invoices, and receiving reports
Coordinate with F&B, Purchasing, and Stores teams
Support budgeting, forecasting, and menu costing
Ensure compliance with company cost control procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2-4 years' experience as a Cost Controller (F&B / hospitality preferred)
Strong knowledge of food & beverage costing and inventory control
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/inventory systems
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Preferred:
Experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering operations
Knowledge of recipe and menu costing
