Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs
Conduct regular inventory audits and variance analysis
Ensure cost effectiveness in procurement and storage procedures
Analyze sales data and forecast consumption trends
Work closely with purchasing and kitchen teams to optimize resource use
Prepare accurate cost and profit analysis reports
Enforce compliance with internal financial policies and controls
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of
F&B cost control experience in the UAE
Experience working in
high-turnover restaurant operations
Strong knowledge of inventory, costing software, and Excel
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
