Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs across all outlets
Analyze daily inventory consumption and variances using POS and inventory systems
Review purchase requests, supplier invoices, and GRNs for accuracy and compliance
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical vs. system inventory
Collaborate with chefs and procurement to validate recipe costing and yield
Prepare cost reports, variance analyses, and margin breakdowns for management
Benchmark supplier pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure compliance with internal controls and UAE tax regulations (e.g., VAT)
Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate cost data
Flag anomalies, wastage, or overconsumption and recommend corrective actions
Note: Candidates should be able to utilize Oracle Micros Inventory (Oracle Cloud) and Micros Simphony POS to monitor consumption, variances, and stock movements. Previous experience with his system is a must
