Job Description
Plan and organize food and beverage services for events
Ensure the quality of food and beverage services
Manage staff and resources
Ensure that all events are appropriately catered to
Ensure that all food and beverage safety regulations are met
Develop relationships with vendors
Maintain records of expenditure and accounts
Negotiate contracts with vendors
Assist in budgeting and forecasting
Monitor stock levels and order supplies
Liaise with chefs and catering staff
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
