The Food & Beverage Coordinator supports the F&B department with administrative, operational, and organizational tasks. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient communication between departments, coordinating F&B events or services, maintaining documentation, and providing exceptional support to the team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the F&B Manager and department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
Coordinate F&B activities, including events, banquets, restaurant promotions, and private dining requests.
Communicate with clients, vendors, kitchen, and service teams to ensure all F&B requirements are met accurately and on time.
Assist in creating menus, proposals, contracts, and function sheets for events and banquets.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Support the sales team in following up with clients and ensuring proper event execution.
Maintain accurate documentation for F&B operations, including invoices, purchase orders, event summaries, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and service teams for event setup and teardown.
Handle guest inquiries and provide assistance regarding F&B offerings and event planning.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within all F&B operations.
