Provide essential administrative and operational support to the F&B department, ensuring smooth coordination across outlets, timely communication, and efficient office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Support F&B management with secretarial tasks, calendar maintenance, and correspondence handling.
Manage the department's time and attendance system, office organization, and maintain filing systems for F&B documentation.
Raise purchase requests, track supplier orders, process cash vouchers, and coordinate with finance on budgeting and forecasts.
Handle guest feedback and general F&B correspondence swiftly and accurately.
Perform any additional tasks or projects assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills (Optional to Include):
Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
Proficient in MS Office tools and comfortable coordinating across departments.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
