ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Coordinatorwho can perform the below task
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily F&B operations and administrative tasks.
Assist in scheduling, event planning, and departmental communications.
Liaise between kitchen, service teams, and management to ensure seamless service.
Maintain inventory records, purchase orders, and supplier communications.
Support the implementation of promotions, menus, and service standards.
Prepare reports and presentations for departmental meetings.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or hotel operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication in English
Proficiency in
MS Office
and hotel management systems (e.g.,
Opera, MICROS
).
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
