Job Description

The F&B Coordinator supports catering operations by coordinating food and beverage services for events, ensuring smooth communication between clients, kitchen, service staff, and logistics teams

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate food and beverage requirements for catering events Act as the main point of contact between clients, kitchen, service, and logistics teams Prepare and update event orders, menus, and service details Ensure event setups match client requirements and company standards Monitor event execution to ensure service quality and timing Assist with staff scheduling and service coordination Handle client requests, changes, and feedback professionally Maintain event records, reports, and documentation

Requirements



Experience in food & beverage, catering, or hospitality operations Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events Computer and reporting skills Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
