Job Description

We are seeking a talented and versatile Fashion Designer to join our team who can speak Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a strong sense of design, and the ability to create diverse collections for a variety of clients. As a Fashion Designer, you will work on different types of collections tailored to the needs and preferences of individual clients, while maintaining a high level of creativity, flexibility, and open-mindedness. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from conceptualization to the finished product.

Key Responsibilities:

Client-Centric Design:

Work with a diverse range of clients to understand their specific needs and design preferences. Develop collections that reflect each client's brand, target audience, and objectives, while maintaining your creative vision.

Concept Development:

Research fashion trends, consumer behavior, and client requirements to create fresh, innovative designs for a variety of collections. Tailor designs to meet the unique style and branding needs of each client.

Design & Sketching:

Create original designs through sketches, CAD, or other digital platforms. Develop concepts for apparel, including garments, accessories, and color schemes, ensuring they align with client expectations and brand identity.

Fabric & Material Selection:

Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials that suit the design vision and client requirements. Ensure selections are practical for production and fit within budget constraints.

Technical Specifications:

Prepare detailed technical specifications (tech packs) for each collection, including measurements, materials, trims, and construction instructions, to guide sample creation and production.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

Work closely with pattern makers, garment technologists, and sample makers to bring designs to life. Clearly communicate design intent to ensure that garments meet both creative and functional needs.

Production Support:

Work with the production team to ensure that designs are accurately executed and that garments meet high-quality standards. Address any production issues and ensure timely delivery.

Flexibility & Adaptability:

Be open-minded and adaptable to changing design requirements, client feedback, and market trends. Manage multiple collections and varying design briefs efficiently while maintaining creativity and high standards.

Brand Development:

Contribute to the development of the brand's aesthetic for both internal and external clients. Ensure that designs are aligned with client branding and resonate with the target market.

Trend Analysis & Forecasting:

Stay up-to-date with global fashion trends and emerging design techniques. Use this information to guide the design process and inform future collections.

Skills & Qualifications:

? Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative ability and versatility in designing for different clients and collections.

? Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.

? Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric properties.

? Ability to create designs that are adaptable to different client needs and market demands.

? Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and brand aesthetics.

? Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements or feedback.

? A degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
